Hello Everyone,

First we found a bug in building the source of latest version (2.3.5) of
MICO on Windows 2000:
'pk_abstract_base' was not defined in the enum PrimitiveKind in ir.h
We corrected this and were able to build the source without further
problems.

After building we tried to run a demo/boa/account2. Here we experienced
some problems. The micod was running on localhost:12456 as expected. But
imr utility was throwing the following error.

unhandled WSAGetLastError() result
WSA: 10061 = WSAECONNREFUSED

Please someone let me know asap whats the problem.
