This is not very likely to succeed.
The reason is that MICO has its own mini stl (if it can be called like
this),
Have a look in the mico\include\ministl\ .
This stripped version is based on an older standard which is supported
by Microsoft, but not by STLPort.
It can be fixed, but I don't know if it is wort the effort.
