Hi,

attached you can find a modified version of idl/codegen-wsdl.h file. This
file applies to the latest Mico files, downloaded from the version control
system.
Making some typedef statements public, it compiles with Forte. It should be
compatible with gcc too.

Ps.: Are there any Mico specific coding conventions, rules, that should be
followed when submiting patches?
