Although it would be logical for an executor can get the SlaveID on which it is \
started from the SlaveInfo passed in the registered() callback, it appears that this \
field is not actually populated. (exec/exec.cpp gets the SlaveID from elsewhere the \
RegisteredExecutorMessage, and slave/slave.cpp never populates info.id().) As a \
result, we pass executors the slave's hostname but not its ID.
