The DRI drivers are intended to be identical for both X-DRI and Solo builds. 
The linux-dri configs link them against various X libs, while the solo configs
do not; drivers from linux-dri builds will not work under solo systems that lack
an X server.

The drivers should also not be linked against X client libs if we expect to be
able to load them in the X server.
