This is a development release and may not be totally stable.

- GL_EXT_timer_query extension
- GL_EXT_framebuffer_blit extension
- GL_ARB_half_float_pixel
- reflect demo improved to support multiple windows
- singlebuffer demo (shows no/little-flicker single-buffered rendering)

sampling unit bits from the texture env combine enable bits
- r200: add support for GL_ATI_fragment_shader
- added fast XOR-mode line drawing optimization
- radeon: add support for all 3 tmus, GL_ARB_texture_cube_map
     and GL_EXT_fog_coord
- MESA_GLX_ALPHA_BITS env var for xlib driver
- many DRI driver updates (including screen rotation support
     for the Intel DRI driver)
Changes:

- replaced dprintf() with _glu_printf() in GLU (bug 6244)
- fixed a number of thread safety bugs/regressions
