This is against crew.

If you have the diffstat extension enabled, "hg help diffs" will
show the help for the diffstat command, so the "diffs" topic is
no longer available.  This patch changes the lookup order to try
topics first.  Help for "diffstat" is still available as (e.g.)
"hg help diffstat".
