The stack seems to indicate a failure during the initialization of the
zstandard module.

I am the maintainer of python-zstandard. Could you please point me to the
original bug report or file the issue at or forward the appropriate people
to https://github.com/indygreg/python-zstandard. I'd really love steps to
reproduce so I can debug it!
