I tried this on my small test-wiki:
php deleteOldRevisions.php --delete
This has deleted ALL REVISIONS of every article ... all revisions are gone.

The question was: How to remove the article, which were deleted by an 
wiki-sysop, to prevent Sysops from being able to undelete articles ?
