Just a small thought about the new plexus container and plexus-utils
(r560496): it uses plexus-utils:1.4.3 but a 1.4.4 release was done
(with XmlStreamReader and XmlStreamWriter functionalities)

So, why not directly bump to 1.4.4 before?
