appended a space to my composite classpath.

<arg line='-classpath "myclasspath1;myclasspath2; "'/>

just found out the problem is due to me using line rather than value.  This 
works fine

<arg value='-classpath'/>
<arg value='"myclasspath1;myclasspath2"'/>
