New task #479: Convert to Apache::Test
               Using Apache::Test (capital 'T') should allow us to get rid
               of lots of extra code in the test suite, and it should make
               adding new live Apache tests much easier.

New bug #480: Mason silently ignores non-existent inherit path
               Mason will not complain if you set the inherit flag to a
               nonexistent path: 

               <%flags> 

               inherit=>'/does/not/exist' 

               </%flags> 

               The result will simply be no inheritance for the component.
               This should generate an error as soon as it is detected.

               nonexistent components but are otherwise working. The fix is
               not worth the potential incompatibility. So the fix will be
               delayed til the next major release.

               Calling $m->cache->get with the busy_lock option returns
               undef instead of returning the cached value as intended.
