That's probably true - although I remember that some of the MakeMaker
targets (like manifest) didn't work right for me. If you can get it to work
in the standard way, great.

My goal is for us to be able to create releases anywhere, as opposed to on
the masonhq box. In particular, you (and Ken) should be able to create
releases without my intervention.

The stuff in makerel.pl that depends on /home/mhq (such as the line in
process_changes_file.pl that copies Changes out to /home/mhq/data/changes)
needs to be removed. Perhaps it would be run as a postprocessing step after
I installed the latest Mason on masonhq.com.

Most of the references to /home/mhq are actually just lazy ways of changing
the cwd.
