      Bartunov)
    - Fixed cache access under high concurrencies (reported by Oleg
      Bartunov)
    - Fixed uppercase <%PERL>, broken in 0.6 (reported by Daniel L. Jones)
    - Fixed mc_suppress_http_header(0), broken in 0.6 (reported by Jim
      Mortko)
