As the author of MasonX::WebApp, I'd recommend Catalyst instead. 
MX::WebApp is better than "everything in components", but it's not nearly 
as flexible and powerful as Catalyst.

I probably won't be doing much (if any) future development on MX::WebApp, 
FWIW.
