Hi all,

New populate files have been added to the repository. Now, doing "rake
db:populate" will create groups for assignment 1, and populate repository
with some python code, and a jpg image.
It will also create annotations category, and populate them with "fake"
annotations, and create a few rubrics with criteria. This will enable
testing of the grader view much quicker (without having to populate by hand
the repository).
