I have been experiment with Rails 3.0.0 and there are definetely a lot of
changes so i would recommend to stick with 2.3.8 because MarkUs wont work
out of the box with 3.0 and actually you have to use ruby 1.9.2 or Ruby
Enterprise Edition 1.8.7-2010.02 if not it will have a lot of bugs or it
will simply segfault like with 1.9.1
