Ticket #691

In the Manage students tab, I select All students, Give Grace Credits, =
type in 3, and select Apply. The Apply button turns to "Processing..." =
and stays there.
Eventually, I refresh the page, and no grace credits have changed. For =
an individual student, if I select Edit, and type in grace credits there =
it works.

This one is high priority, because I need it to work by next week, but =
it isn't something that needs to be solved in the next few hours.

I'm assigning tickets to Evan because he is going to be our team lead =
and will be helping to distribute tickets. Please feel free to grab it, =
you won't hurt Evan's feelings. ;-)

Thanks,
Karen
