Karen,

Found a quick fix that user can implement. Just change the settings of
the very FIRST assignment created to 'NOT allow web-submits

The issue is that a url to the repository should be displayed only if
the assignment's settings do not allow web submissions. However theres a
bug in the code that only looks at the settings for the first
assignment, so changing the first assignment's settings should fix the
bug. I'll work on a fix to the source code in the meanwhile.

I'm wondering if we should always display the repository url regardless
of the assignment settings?
