Hello markdown fans!

I just completed version 1.3 of html2text.php.
All php markdown extra features are supported now, i.e.:

 * footnotes
 * tables
 * definition lists
 * abbrevations

also a lot of bugs were fixed, wrapping and such should work like intendet 
now.
