#999: Maestro: Package generation fails with deep paths on windows due to
filepath length limitations

 Because the package structure is mirrored on the filesystem, Maestro will
 occasionally throw a "Path to long" exception.

 This can be avoided if the package structure is not mirroed, and all files
 have random filenames.
