New Revision: 9992

Added:
   trunk/MgDev/Doc/samples/dotnetsamples/Web.config
   trunk/MgDev/Doc/samples/dotnetviewersample/Web.config
Modified:
   trunk/MgDev/Web/src/mapviewernet/Web.config
Log:
#2852: Update web.config in mapviewernet to reference netstandard, avoiding us having \
to write this entry in our setup tools (whether InstantSetup or the windows \
installer). Also add this web.config in dotnetviewersample and dotnetsamples.
