Hi,

Some times, some KDE apps freeze for a while while starting, for example 
KDevelop, kwrite and kontact. When sending a mail with kmail/kontact, kontact 
freezes for around 30 seconds and then responds again. Has anyone noted this 
behavior? is this a known issue?
