I found out that the xmms po file displays incorrectly because it has
the following character set:

"Project-Id-Version: xmms 0.9.5.1\n"
"POT-Creation-Date: 2002-01-21 17:51+0100\n"
"PO-Revision-Date: 2001-12-08 12:05-0200\n"
"Last-Translator: Juan Carlos Castro y Castro <jcastro@vialink.com.br>\n"
"Language-Team: Brazilian Portuguese\n"
"MIME-Version: 1.0\n"
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8\n"
"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\n"

Other files use:

"Project-Id-Version: drakfont 0.52\n"
"POT-Creation-Date: 2001-09-20 15:58+0200\n"
"PO-Revision-Date: 2000-11-09 22:42-0300\n"
"Last-Translator: Andrei Bosco Bezerra Torres <andreibt@uol.com.br>\n"
"Language-Team: Português Brasileiro\n"
"MIME-Version: 1.0\n"
"Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n"
"Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit\n"

Pardon my ignorance, but is this utf-8 Unicode? Should I leave the file
alone or trabslate it all again using iso-8859-1?

TIA,
Jeferson/Wooky
