As you might noticed, i've set Requires for libname-devel in sox-devel and 
vice versa, so ididn't break anything, nothing was missed. What i've done 
wrong is i dodn't moce kill sox-devel and move *.h to libname-devel. Really 
there wasn't need to shout at all. :(
