No activity has been seen on this bug since 20050518 and it is still in
UNCONFIRMED state. 
As a consequence is now marked resolved with the OLD resolution.

SUSE is providing another license agreement dialog before install commercial 
packages such as Flash player. So, it would be better we do it that way, to 
avoid potential problems.

Or, at least we should use a differnt license agreement in Powerpack/Club 
version than Download version.
