After "rm ~/.kde/share/config/kscdrc", the problem comes back.
In order to solve it I have to go to KSCD configuration then only click "apply"
and it plays immediately !

very little thing, but cause troubles for users :
kscd cant play any audio cd. Because it search (it is configure by defaults 
like this) with : system:/media/hdc (or hdX off course)

but the good way is :
 media:/hdc 

(or hdX..)
