i have 2 notebooks conected through a crossover cable.
In this notebook i have internet through a usb cable thats conects to a cable
modem, so i put a crossover cable conected in this notebook in ethernet card
conecting to other notebook in ethernet card, then i runned mcc -> Share
Internet with other local machines.

In machine 2 i dont have internet however i can share files beetwen both
machines with samba.

I always had this problem, never had success puting internet in another box
that runs mandriva, however if running other OS's like windows or Mac it
haves internet, so the problem seams to be only in Mandriva that i unable to
detect internet.
