In ldetect spec i see that the package ldetect isnt requiring libldetect.

We can also find here a incorrect renaming, but i think here isnt even needed
any renaming since is only give a provide to have ldetect-devel, is only
updrading itself, so why is there any need to obsolete ldetect-devel?

but if using renaming it also should be prevented with at least version:
Obsoletes:	ldetect-devel < %version-release
Provides: ldetect-devel = %version-release

Also think when providing libldetect-devel should have version and release
else only providing a name and that doesnt give any info about version and
release, remember that this isnt a provide to an internal bin file.

libldetect-devel = %version-release
