With -5mdk now it seems to work. Sorry.

One thing that I've noticed is that if you look at qt4.spec from
http://cvs.mandriva.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/SPECS/qt4/qt4.spec?rev=1.1 you can
see that if you compile with_debug active the %{qtdir}/%_lib/libQtUiTools.prl
it's in libqtcore AND libqtuitools

If this is not an error it's ok for me.

and %{qtdir}/%_lib/libQtUiTools_debug.prl. I tried to install qt4 and got this 
error:
