description:
rpm -ev foo.rpm only shows it is verbose if foo.rpm could not be removed.

However, if foo.rpm is removed successfully, nothing is reported. In my opinion
this is not verbose. On the other hand rpm -evv foo.rpm is extremely verbose, so
that is not much of an alternative.

I would like to see something like "Package foo.rpm has been removed successfully".
