When toolbox is launched, the printer status is not displayed automatically. It
comes after 30s (the default refreshing time).

It happens in all cases:
- toolbox launched, printer down then started up
- printer up, toolbox launched after

Printer model: DP Deskjet 6540.

One solution could be to sart the refreshing during toolbox launch, or to reduce
time refreshing (at least at the beginning).
