I can confirm too. strace shows nothing of the loop (kernel loop ?).
Changing kernel does not fix.
THe loop occurs only at kde start.
If I kill -9 kded then restart kdeinit kded then it does not loop anymore 
until I restart kde where it begins to reloop.
