No, it shouldn't! Cooker is _the development distro_. I like this. I
like knowing that what we're running is where all the work is happening.
I *don't* like the idea of developers being able to go off and 'test'
their stuff in private for weeks before 'allowing' Cooker to get it. I
thought we wanted an open development process in the first place, I
don't think Cooker should try to be some kind of 'usable' branch, like
Debian unstable tends to be. I want it raw, bleeding and broken. :)
