Thanks, I didn't apply all your changes though. The libwpd-tools package
should not be renamed to libwpd0-tools or now libwpd-1.0-tools; it's not a
library package so it shouldn't follow the library policy.

I was a bit confused by mandrake's libpolicy, where I looked at libgsf.spec
for an example. It used:
%define lib_name    %mklibname gsf- %{api_version} %{lib_major}
instead of:
%define lib_name    %mklibname gsf %{api_version} %{lib_major}
(Note the dash)

What is the reason of the dash? Most packages don't have them. Can someone
enlighten me on it?
