With draxtools 9.1 package 10mdk the problem still appears

From mdkdm if you select reboot a small white windows appears but not reboot.
You need to go back to continue. Changes in /usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc to point
kdm for reboot to reboot instead rebootin doesn't make any change.
