I don't think it's appropriate to create it, honestly.  It is outside of
Majordomo's normal location; you were warned that it didn't exist and you
said to use it anyway.  Majordomo wouldn't know what permissions to apply
to it and who should own it anyway.

When you run 'mkdir' as the appropriate user, I'd imagine.
