Alpha 5 of 1.94 is ready, fixing the following buglets from 1.94a4:

	Majordomo:
	o  $cookie_seed is now set by default to $homedir,
	   and mentioned in sample.cf.
	o  An approved which overrides max_which_hits.

	Shlock.pl:
	o  $shlock'retries is setable in majordomo.cf.
	o  shlock retry sleep is rand(10) now.

	Makefile:
	o  'make' doesn't do a 'make install'.

	Resend:
	o  fixed the bounce code to ignore a blank bounce reason.
	o  only complain about msg length once.

A patch is available, a4_to_a5.patch.

Thanks to those who've installed it and reported bugs.  I'd like to
wrap this release up by the end of the week so we can start moving
forward with serious improvements.
