What you want to do is a violation of RFCs.  You can add to the headers in email,
but not change the ones that exist.  Your list is not sending messages, your list
users are.  If you are successful in your request, you will still be creating a
problem for yourself and your list members if a message bounces.  The bounce will 
come back to the list address meaning all your list users will see the bounce too.
