Uh, excuse me for meddling, being more of a newbie than I like to admit
(UNIX has changed a bunch since 1985...), but isn't this close to the
purpose of a moderated list?  Set it to moderated.  List owners can post,
list members can send messages which get sent to the owner for approval.
If it's an info-only, broadcast list, don't approve any messages from the
subscribers.
