Perhaps if all this was translated into Spanish then the 
gentleman would be more able to find it for himself. 

There is a configuration option in the LIST.config file that you 
can use to set the default reply_to address.  However, before 
you change this to something other than $SENDER you should read 
and understand the consequences of this action:
