I am running majordomo-1.94.3 with the following patches installed:

'welcome' and 'announcements' keywords (Wed, 30 Apr 1997)
Enhanced digest _SUBJECTS_ token patch available (Mon, 17 Feb 1997)
mungedomain patch (Tue, 20 May 1997)
newconfirm.patch (Sun, Jan  5 1997)

This has all been running smoothly until I wanted to set the defaults
for my site in config_parse.pl.

I modified config_parse.pl so that 'restrict_post' would be the
list by default, so I changed it from:

        'restrict_post',        '',   # Like -I in resend
to:
        'restrict_post',        '#!$list',   # Like -I in resend

My 'config' command works just fine and the default config is put
in place and mailed to me.  However, I can no longer do a 'newconfig'
to install my new/edited list.  I get the following error back:

>>>> newconfig depottrax PASSWORD
The new config file for depottrax was NOT accepted because:
Can't find restrict_post file /mdomo/lists/depottrax.new at line 386

If I reset it to '', it works.  Anyone seen this before?  I checked
the 1.94.3 patch directory but didn't see anything that applied.
Anyone have any ideas??  Thanks in advance!!
