Hello

I know this is not the right place to ask this, but you might know the
answer to my question. I am managing an internet node. I am using BSDI OS
2.1 (unix) and I would like to install a program (or another operating
system) to restrict users to a limit in their connection times (Say 30
hours per month or so). What program would you recommend, and how can I
get/buy it?
