'project-x-list', like any other list, has a set of subscribers.  It was
originally proposed that the list of subscribers be:

  group-a-list
  group-b-list
  group-c-list

I recommend instead that the list of subscribers be:

  group-a-list-outgoing
  group-b-list-outgoing
  group-c-list-outgoing

(assuming a standard Majordomo configuration).
