Majordomo does not run as a daemon that you can easily track with a 'ps'
command.  It is only called into action by the sendmail aliases file at
the point in time a message comes in for that list alias.  If you have
already tried reinstalling twice, are you positive you were doing that
correctly (both times)?

Is your domain managed by you on your hardware, or is it hosted somewhere
else, and you just have adminstrative access to it?  The syslog entry
appears as though the delivery to resend was successful.  How does the
/var/spool/mqueue look?  What do your actual aliases look like? If you
can share the information without breaching your local security policies,
please post the dh2o aliases, and the output of an
'ls -l /usr/local/etc/majordomo/lists/dh2o*'.
