The only way I know of to send one message to each unique subscriber on a 
system of multiple lists is to open a new list and write a script to 
combine all your other lists and filter out duplicates. This is not a 
complicated bit of coding and offers the advantage of letting you know 
how many unique subscribers you actually have.
