I did the following:
$ sudo rm -rf /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools
$ xcode-select —install
$ ls /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/SDKs
MacOSX.sdk  MacOSX10.15.sdk  MacOSX11.0.sdk
