Nope.  There's a hacked installer available from haskell.org which  
installs a 32-bit ghc toolchain with appropriate options patched in to  
insure that gcc and ld run in 32-bit mode; so far as I know, there are  
no actual fixes available yet for ghc's inability to work in 64-bit  
mode on OSX.
