Hello -

I have run into this problem (a QT dialog is totally unreadable, the fonts
just look like tiny dots). This blocks us from using the HBCI setup wizard
with gnucash, so we can't connect to our bank.

I have just successfully installed gnucash via Macports on OSX 10.5. The
application works very well, other than this problem.

I'm a newbie here, and nervous about reinstalling anything via Macports for
fear of destabilizing gnucash (it took a long time to get set up).

I've tried runnning qtconfig, but it also is totally unreadable. I tried
lots of pulldowns, but didn't make any headway.

Based on another thread I found, I looked in the .qt directory in my home
directory for a qtrc file, but there was none.

Can someone please explain the problem to me (why can't I read the text?)
and what I can (safely) do about it?

Many thanks -

Dan Stadler
