 OK. Please don't touch another thing. Keep your xcode at the current
 latest one, keep your command line tools at the current latest one. Let's
 go from here.

 This works for me, and (I think) for everyone else, so let's see what is
 wrong with your setup.

 I am not at my 10.7.5 machine today, so I will not be able to answer your
 question about my command line tools for 12 hours minimum. But I know I
 have the latest ones installed, so please let us see what you have.
